Our founder is an ACE Certified Professional Trainer from the American Council on Exercise, with a long history in resistance sports, agility, plyometric training, and time-saving cardio. His preferred training methods include weight training, high-intensity 2-mile runs, and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) For cardio lovers of outdoor biking I have one!
